Provider levels are updated every quarter and are determined by the number of 3 on 6 arches done over the previous 6 months. Only 3 on 6 cases completed entirely through the Smile Systems lab will count towards this number.

New Providers that have completed the training course but not the required amount of supported arches in their own office will be displayed below the 3 on 6 Provider map.​

These are the thresholds and perks for the various provider levels:

• Platinum: Averaging 6 arches/mo. (15% lab discounts and 25% discount on 3 on 6 Summit)​

• Gold: Averaging 4 arches/mo. (10% lab discount and 10% discount on 3 on 6 Summit)

• Silver: Averaging 2 arches/mo. (5% lab discount)

• Bronze: Averaging 1 arch/mo.

• Licensed: Averaging <1 arch/mo, but at least 1 arch/quarter

Providers that don't complete at least 1 arch in the previous 6 months will be removed from the 3 on 6 website. Providers that don't complete at least 1 arch in the previous 12 months will lose access to the 3 on 6 provider group and resources.

If you are not up to date on 3 on 6 protocols by attending the 3 on 6 Summit or completing the online training, you may be removed from the website.
